The Joy of Movement class is an invitation to a different space of being in, and with your body. Opening up more communication, communion, joy and ease.
Kalpana created this class using specific exercises that everyone can follow in their own pace, in their own unique way. For this class, the talented Simone Giacomini composed music. They also work closely together in her dance company Kalpanarts.
