What if you do not have to get overwhelmed with your to-do-list?!
How do you choose what you are gonna do when you have so much to do?
Have you set your New Year's Resolutions?
What if you this year instead ASK for what you desire, and let the universe take care of the “How” and the actualization?
Every creation starts with an ask.
Sit down and write a list of all the things you would like to show up in your life, and send that energy of asking out into the world.
When you create from the energy of asking for what you desire, you invite more possibilities into your life, and things will show up as if by magic.
Are you sure you are judgmental?
Do you know whether your points of view are judgements or an awareness you are having?
Where are you misidentifying the two, and do you often jump from one to the other?
In this episode we get more clarity about the difference between judgement and awareness. This can help you get out of judgement of yourself and know what is going on.
Applying the light-heavy tool from episode 4 is also going to help you!
In the midst of highly dense information traffic it is often confusing to know what is true for you.
Who is right? Who to trust?
While we have learnt to look outside of ourselves to know what to choose, in this episode Kalpana proposes something different: looking inside instead of outside to know what is true for you.
The Light-Heavy tool from Access Consciousness is a very pragmatic, effective tool to get clarity on what is true for you. Kalpana explains how it works and how it can make your life more ease-filled.
Many people in the world can enjoy freedom of speech .
This freedom has become stronger with social media and seems to be more dominant since COVID-19 .
Yet where does this freedom becoming bullying?
When does responding to somebody else’s points of view where this freedom might go too far?
Is there still space for a multiplicity of views and narratives?
And when the idea of a ‘right’ narrative seems to be dominating through bullying or trolling
What to do?
- Freedom of speech by those in positions of power / privilege might create less counter-response than with other people
- When certain people shame or bully : what to do?
- Does not responding mean enabling?
- Have we gotten too used to people using foreful language: are you de-sensitized to it?

We go high

What ways can I go high?
Am I willing to be the energy that creates a world where bullying and shaming doesn’t stand a chance?
With COVID-19 dominating our lives, our interactions with people are quite different. Many people are suddenly seeing their loved ones much more and have less freedom and space to be alone. This can bring up heated discussions and a general sense of annoyance and frustration.
How do you keep your cool during these situations?
- Instead of reacting and getting more worked up: relax. Breath in, breath out
- Bring your guard, your barriers down
- Step out of being right or wrong. Step out of defending or blaming.
- Be vulnerable
- Ask: "What will create the most here?" This makes you aware of what is possible instead of what you want and what you do not like. This question takes you to your creative energy and the possibilities that are available.
- Ask: "What is the gift here that I do not see?"
Please play with these tools and see what they create for you!
The world is changing, and the (illusionary) predictable future as we knew it, is no longer a reality. The world is going through the global pandemic COVID-19 and people are suffering from great worry, stress and fear regarding their life and future.
How to deal with this?
All these energies do not support you and it's very easy to get caught in the spiral of negativity so there's even more reason to look at gratitude!
- Gratitude is not about positive thinking
- Gratitude allows you to create possibilities
- Gratitude for the 'big things' is as valuable as for the 'smaller things'
- Gratitude nourishes you
- Being grateful for you won't make you selfish. This is about acknowledging yourself
- Gratitude dissolves judgements

Ask yourself:
What are you grateful for today?
Who are you grateful for today?
Will you be grateful for YOU?
Will you be grateful for your body?
See what these questions bring up and allow gratitude to energise you and contribute to you even more.
